This page sets out the intellectual property rights applicable to the website EffeConTe.com (the "Site"), operated by Federica Conte – Effe Con Te, Beausoleil, France. It complements Section 4 of our Terms and Conditions.
Unless otherwise indicated, all content published on the Site — including but not limited to texts, articles, guides, photographs, graphics, layout, logos, and the overall structure and design of the Site — is the exclusive property of Federica Conte / Effe Con Te and is protected under the French Intellectual Property Code (Code de la propriété intellectuelle) and applicable international copyright conventions.
Some visual content on the Site may have been produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence image-generation tools. Where this is the case, such content is used under the terms provided by the relevant tool provider, and this page makes no representation as to its copyright status beyond what is granted by that provider.
The name "Effe Con Te," or "EFFECONTE" or "Effeconte" the domain name: EffeConTe.com, and any associated logos or visual identity elements are distinctive signs belonging to Federica Conte. Any reproduction, imitation, or use of these signs, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Except for private, personal, and non-commercial use (such as viewing the Site or printing a page for personal reference), any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation, distribution, or exploitation of all or part of the Site's content, by any means or on any medium whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of Federica Conte.
Any request for authorization to reproduce or use content from the Site should be sent to the contact address indicated in Section 6 below.
The Site may include content belonging to third parties, notably: embedded YouTube videos (rights held by their respective creators and/or YouTube/Google), references and links to the Airbnb platform (rights held by Airbnb), and other third-party materials used under license or within the limits authorized by law (such as quotation). Such third-party content remains the property of its respective owners, and its use on the Site does not transfer any rights to the User.
