The Site and Services are provided “as is.” The Manager will not be held liable for direct, indirect damages, service interruptions, or data losses not attributable to the Manager’s willful misconduct or gross negligence.

The booking, payment, and cancellation conditions for Airbnb properties are exclusively governed by the Airbnb platform’s Terms. EffeConTe.com acts as a management intermediary.
